Dry Sparkling

Pale yellow, with a floral aroma, overlying tones of leather and resinous wood. Dry, tangy apple flavour, developing sourness and a slight funk in the aftertaste. A cider with bite, and not a terribly sessionable choice. It offers moderate complexity, and might be a worthy accompaniment to a strong, nutty cheese.
