Sparkling Pear Cider

Pale yellow colour with a lime hue. Lightly sparkling and clear. Pear and wood aroma. Pear drop flavour with a woody finish.

Pale, lime-green colour, with an aroma of ripe pear, and an edge of funk. Sweetish, pear drop flavour quickly gives way to dry skin and a slight woodiness in the aftertaste, culminating in a nutty finish. Not my kind of perry, but well-made and balanced, and drinkable enough.
