Medium Sparkling

Perfectly acceptable Kent cider. Amber, almost pale golden colour, with a hint of oak in the aroma and aftertaste. Not a sweet as I expected, but delicious nonetheless. At 6%, perhaps a drink to start a session with, rather than an all day tipple.

Tasty but nothing to write home about. Bushwalker summed it up quite well. It is closer to a dry cider than a medium. Definite smoky oaked tone to it. For a relatively light bodied cider it has quite a degree of complexity to it. It's a keeper.

Pale yellow, with an aroma of apple skin, meadow grass, and an edge of leather. Fruity, dessert apple flavour, with a dry aftertaste carrying tobacco tones. Crisp, refreshing, and fruity cider. Satisfying drink, though lacking the expected finish.
