Opened the bottle, and was treated to the most wonderful floral aroma. The taste despite the aroma was not overpowering, but perfectly balanced between the fruity and the floral. Light golden yellow colour, moderate fizz and clear. Aroma is floral elderflower. Tastes of elderflower with lots of flora and citrus. This tastes of Elderflower presse. To me it shout taste of apples with elderflower in the background. This doesn’t deliver. It’s not unpleasant it just doesn’t seem like cider to me. Reviewed on 10 Oct 2021 3 likes
