Beautiful pale yellow colour with a hint of lime. Very lightly sparkling and clear. Appears to be a single variety made from Cornice pears. Wonderful floral aroma. Incredibly nice flavour with a touch of wood in the finish. Very drinkable.

Update 13/11 Just had the BIB version. As below but still with some pear drop. Definitely an improvement on the carbonated version. Pale yellow with a hint of lime in colour, very lightly sparkling and clear. Appears to be a single variety made from Cornice pears. Floral aroma. Nice flavour with wood in the finish. This is very drinkable.

Pale lime-green, with a floral aroma, carrying tones of wood and pear skin. Made from Comice pears. Sharp, crisp, pear flavour, with a little skin in the aftertaste. Unremarkable, but quite drinkable, even sessionable.
