Dark orange colour, lightly sparkling and very cloudy. Leather and wood in the aroma. Flavour has wood, a little caramel and maybe some vanilla.

Rich, copper colour, with a cooked apple aroma, with a suggestion of spice. Woody, resinous, almost heathery, flavour, with toffee and a little vanilla in the aftertaste. A late night cider, one to finish off the day. Complex, and a little dry to be sessionable, but warming and satisfying, nonetheless.
