Exmoor Nettle

Cloudy bronze colour, with an aroma similar to a dank, autumn petrichor. Highly unusual flavour, dominated by the stewed-leaf, nettle flavour, but with an apple and oak aftertaste just apparent. Interesting as a novelty, but I can't imagine drinking this very often, though it might stand up to a robust soft cheese.
