Copper-coloured, with a perfumed, fruity aroma, carrying a suggestion of hops. Strong, rich, cooked apple flavour, with a hint of spice. Sessionable, and quite refreshing. Lovely flavour, though lacking complexity.

Slightly oak wooden taste with the raw cooking apples, not particularly sparkling on the tongue. Sweeter aftertaste, with a slight hint of caramel apple. Dry but without the nasty tannins. Smooth and fairly easy on the pallet.
