Clear golden pour. Moderate carbonation. Solid light to moderate apple aroma with a hint of orchard funk. Taste is semi-dry and moderately tart with a great flavor of apple backed by some wood, pear and light barnyard/hay flavors with a moderate tannic presence. Buttery mouthfeel.
