The pour is a clear golden with light effervescence. The aroma is strong apple with some notes of farmhouse. The taste is a dry apple with some tartness. The finish is medium to long acidic and astringent. It has a hint of oak in the finish and the tannins are soft. The mouthfeel is medium and it has a nice drying element to it. It’s another nicely balanced cider and I quite enjoy it and highly recommend it.
