Golden Russet

The pour is a medium to light amber with light to petulant effervescence. The aroma is apple with a little phenolic element. The taste is dry apple and tart. The finish is medium to long slightly acidic and astringent. It has some mouthfeel but it’s light to medium. We paired this with a homemade apple chèvre sourdough pizza. We definitely paired it well and enjoyed it and the pizza immensely!

Clear deep golden pour with light to moderate carbonation. Nice moderate apple aroma. Strong, bold and dry and moderately acidic and tart apple flavor. Good tannin presence. Light to medium bodied. Straight up good apple cider.
