Fruit Nat

Not my favorite from Art+Science, but as always from them, an interesting drink. This is made from apples, pears, plums, and grapes, a "fruit wine" as they call it. It's quite dry but still retains a strong flavor from the blend of fruits. When you first open the bottle, it seems quite bubbly, but this wears off quickly, so the actual mouthfeel is closer to that of a flat cider. Overall would recommend trying. It's a well crafted cider that pushes the definition of "cider" a bit.
