Symbiosis 2019

Made from 50% grapes and 50% foraged apples fermented together and barrel aged for 10 months. It’s quite bubbly, and cider is then dominant taste, but the wine adds some nice character and body. It isn’t high in tannins, so the bitterness and astringency is pretty mild. Overall a well balanced, tasty, and boozy (10.8% ABV!) cider.
