Biscuity, with a hint of almond, and cooked apple, becoming slightly tannic in the aftertaste.
Drinkable, but relatively gassy.
The pours is a clear amber with medium to high effervescence. The aroma a sweet apple. The taste is sweet apple. The mouthfeel is full bodied. The finish is medium and slightly astringent with a lingering bitter note. Overall it could use some more acid.
