Galipette Biologique

Comes in a 330ml bottle. Rich amber colour, with an apple sauce aroma, carrying a hint of spice. Biscuity, with a hint of almond, and cooked apple, becoming slightly tannic in the aftertaste. Drinkable, but relatively gassy.

Quite sweet and drinks like Apple juice but a great easy drinking cider.

The fight didn't last long. Most fights don't. I charged my horse into the bandits before they had a chance to reload, scattering them while cleaving with my sword. I put some distance between myself and their ambush wagon, and shortly afterwards Moraine hit it with some great blast of magic, killing whoever still hid inside. The bandits had a well organized ambush, but they clearly weren't prepared for our level of rebuttal. A few survivors, hidden in the trees, fled. This cider is defiant but level headed in the face of danger.

The pours is a clear amber with medium to high effervescence. The aroma a sweet apple. The taste is sweet apple. The mouthfeel is full bodied. The finish is medium and slightly astringent with a lingering bitter note. Overall it could use some more acid.
