Nice french cider!

Clear, orange/golden, medium, too carbonated for my liking, best as a thirst quencher on a hot day.

French-style cider, rich in flavor but not as heavy as those that are like an intense apple tart. Deep amber color, medium to full body.

The pour is a clear orangish amber with medium to high carbonation. The aromas is a sweet phenolic apple. The taste. Is a semi-sweet slightly tart and slightly bitter apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with a good amount from the carbonation. The finish is medium astringent slightly bitter. I like it as a sparkling medium/sweet phenolic cider. But I am not sure it’s brut.

Tastes rich in apples, semi-dry strong taste and nice golden color. Light carbonation.

Comes in a 330ml bottle. Lustrous copper colour, with an aroma of honey and biscuit, with an underlying earthy funk. Apricot jam and almond biscuit flavours give way to velvety tannin and caramel, with a hint of oak and a little orange rind. Interesting flavours give a rich complexity, but a little gassy for my tastes.

Golden colour, moderate fizz and clear. Aroma of baked apple and honey. Dried fruit and caramel in the flavour.

nice taste at the beginning. Leaves some not as good remainders in my tongue - take rating down from 4 to 3

A nice sweet tasting cider, reminded me of dessert apples, the sweetness also reminded me of grape. A decent alternative to the norm.
