Geneva Tremlett’s

Good fruity notes. Very heavily carbonated. Used with one of the few bittersharp ciders that can stand on its own in the bottle. Almost bone dry and a crisp pallete. Good autumn cider!

Clear golden pour with lots of carbonation. Nice fresh apple aroma. Taste is tart and sour with a strong tannin presence. Wild yeast and ginger flavors come through nicely. Had a nice lingering finish of tart fruit.
