Somerset Jersey

Easy to drink cider with a slightly fruity aroma. Smooth beginning with a light dry tongue finish with some tannin. Looks like a golden apple juice.

Clear light gold pour with a moderate amount of carbonation and a small white head that sticks around a bit. Tannic aroma with a moderate apple presence. Somewhat acidic taste follows the nose with tannins and apple flesh flavors dominating. Also get a bit of vanilla as the label describes.
