Very clear straw colored pour. Heavy carbonation. Moderate aroma of wild apple and vanilla. Thin body. Taste is dry with a light to moderate citrus flavor on top of a solid and lingering crisp and wild apple flavor. Also get some mineral and stone flavors. Moderate to strong acidity. Moderate tannins.
