Nice light strawberry notes on the palate, very light carbonation, sweet nose. Not a lot of depth but very nice.

Lovely dry, lightly sparkling cider from Sonoma County. I've seen it at Andy's Produce Market before but this is the first chance I've had to taste. Very good with the tacos at Handline!

Clear light golden pour. Heavy carbonation. Moderate to strong green apple and stone fruit flavor. Bold tannins. Moderate to high acidity. Very dry. Thin bodied.

Excellent cider from this new cider house. Using real cider apples!
