Single varietal from the Harry Master's Jersey cider apple, with some sediment in the bottle. Copper-coloured, with an aroma of wood and leather, carrying an edge of funk. Spicy, leather flavour, becoming astringent wood in the aftertaste, and ending with a farmyard funk finish. Complex, satisfying cider. Wonderful accompaniment to a mature stilton or a nutty cheddar. I could happily drink this all night.
