Single varietal from the French Michelin cider apple. Some sediment in the bottle. Copper-coloured, with a floral, yeasty aroma. Flavour is of plums, with an aftertaste carrying some spice and a little hops. Unusual, and quite moreish. Reasonably sessionable.
