Amber-coloured, with a strong, aged-oak aroma. Tangy apple flavour, with a light fermentation sparkle, becoming strongly, but softly, tannic, with a sweet oak finish. Lovely, very drinkable and sessionable cider, with depth and character. Highly recommended.
