Very much a semi dry wine taste. Those is my second cider from them, both of which have been very different from many other ciders. I am more fruit-forward in my tastes but this is very nice.
Very light and champagne-like with green apple, citrus, honey, and floral notes. I was expecting something more rich, full flavored, and slightly sweeter like their Roman Beauty, but this is quite different.
