Bottle pour at Cider Summit Seattle 2015. On the sweeter side of semi-dry. Uses French bittersweet apples, which have lower acidity and bring in some tannins and tartness. This was my first time trying their ciders (I've since also tried Roman Beauty). Pretty tasty.
