Bottle pour shared with new friends at the Schilling Cider House. Made primarily from Roman Beauty apples, bottle conditioned, and cold spontaneous fermentation. Clean & crisp scent. Easy drinking and very tasty. Update: I tried a bottle. This batch was rather funky. Not bad, just very different. Notes of lemon, honey, partially baked apples, and a hint of spice.
