Mango Raspberry

This was pretty darn sweet! I don’t think I could have more than one without upsetting my stomach but the mango flavor was interesting.

This bears an unfortunate physical resemblance to dentist's mouthwash, and the aroma is artificial and resembles raspberry. However, this is not quite as sweet as I expected, and the flavour better than I expected. The initial flavour is of a mild raspberry cordial; then the sharpness of the pear develops, before the mango is revealed in the aftertaste. Probably not for a serious cider drinker, but I've tasted far worse, and if there was nothing else it would be acceptable.

Generally prefer dry ciders but liked this more than most of the super-sweet Rekorderligs. Can taste both mango and raspberry. Best over ice. Lots of foam at first but then minimal on the bubbles.

Clear purple pour with moderate carbonation. Berry-based aroma. Taste is sweet with a strong berry flavor. Can’t taste much mango.

The raspberry over powers the mango.

This is one of my favorite ciders. However, I like a cider that’s a little on the sweeter side. Even if this isn’t my favorite of the brand. I prefer the pear.

The raspberry overpowered the flavor. I was hoping for more mango since it was listed first on the label.
