Premium Apple

Sulpherous yellow, with a green apple aroma, carrying an edge of what I can only describe as nail varnish. Tart, bittersweet apple flavour, with a chemical edge in the finish. Just about drinkable, but a little sweet, and the chemical nature is off-putting. Not one I would choose.

It’s sweet. But i really like it. Very clean a fresh tasting - made with Swedish spring water - and you can tell. The taste is a perfect blend of sharp then instantly incredibly mellow. It’s thick at first and then curls into a rich swirl of apple loveliness. There’s a real depth of flavour here and it’s perfect if you love a Granny Smith tasting apple - this is the one for you. It has a hint of natural citrus and light earthy depth - with medium fizz - and a strong caramel, syrup aftertaste. I love it! I know it’s mass-produced but for me, as a sweet cider, this is on the money. I don’t normally have Rekorderlig ciders as I don’t like fruit based entries - but this one is just ‘apple’. I wish this was more readily available (quaffed this one in ‘Giraffe’ at Birmingham Airport). It’s light golden yellow in colour and very refreshing. I’ll try and get a case in for Christmas.
