The taste is as golden as the color. I normally don’t like anything sweeter than semi dry but this is an exception. Each sip takes a nice little trip from sweetness to tartness. Pair it with something savory and it’s even better.

This is a single varietal cider made from Bitterroot Valley McIntosh apples. Strong apple flavor! Golden color, medium carbonation.

Single varietal McIntosh cider, fairly pale but very distinct McIntosh apple aroma. While the fruit is prominent in the taste, it avoids being too “apple-y”. Decent body, but pretty low on tannins, so you don’t get the traditional cider bitterness. Clean, easy to drink.
