Small Batch - Dolgo

This is a single varietal from the Dolgo crabapple, oak aged, part of their Small Batch series.  Semi-sweet, tangy, fruity, and apple-forward. Easy to drink, and less boozy than expected for a crabapple single varietal (as they usually have a lot of sugar).
