Trying a 500ml bottle, bought for about $8 from the Schilling Cider House in Seattle WA. Described as a semi-dry English style cider, made from Montana apples from the Bitterroot Valley. Great complexity and mild-moderate tannins. It starts with tartness & acidity and finishes with drying tannins. Notes of brown sugar, caramel, vanilla, earthiness, charred oak, apple skin, rich ripe bittersweet apples, and honey. Tasty! However, I think I prefer their Darby Pub cider, the only other one I've tried from them.
