Sugary aroma with a very light flavour. Little aftertaste. Refreshing.

Single variety (browns apple), pale in colour and no haziness. Strong aroma and taste. Wood comes through in both. Sharp at the start and deep flavour.

Made from Brown's cider apples. Pale yellow, with a fruity aroma, carrying tones of wood and straw. Tangy fruit flavour, with wood and apricot in the aftertaste. Pleasant and easy to drink, making this quite sessionable. Nice bit of complexity and depth adds to the interest.
