Mighty Dry

Simple cider. A bit stronger than expected, buy very enjoyable and easy to drink.

Decent dry sorta sweet cider that has a clean taste. Goes down easily.

This is a simple honest non complex cider. This is a good everyday cider.

Not a very exciting cider. Pleasant, with a little bit of a bite, but overall a pretty mild, easy drinking cider. A little strong to be considered sessionable, but it sneaks up on you...

My go to cider! Perfect combination of semi sweet, dry, crisp and apple taste. Amazing cider.

The pour is a pale yellow (silver) with low carbonation. The aroma is fruity apple. The taste is a dry tart apple. The mouthfeel is a light thin bodied and acidic. It doesn’t have many tannins but does have a little astringency. It’s a nice dry tart cider.

A dry cider with a mild flavor. Best with a meal as on its own it's no big wow.

Mighty dry…? More like lightly sweet? Scent is light and mellow, with a dash of honey and pear. Soft, pale straw color. Flavor is like golden apples that have been freshly washed in ice water—smooth and refreshing. Pretty solid!

Mild taste. Easy to drink.

Very sweet and rather flat on flavor. Nothing special.

This is an overall dry cider that was great with a pesto sundried tomato flatbread. On the personal preference side it screams culinary apple which gives a perception that it is sweeter than it is.
