Clear golden colour with moderate carbonation.
Fruity, slightly funky apple aroma.
Initially quite crisp, which is then overcome by mild bitter sweet apples with a hint of tanic notes.
This cider doesn't hit you with powerful flavours, but this would be ideal on a hot day under a tree in a pub garden or as session cider.
This cider is most likely watered down slightly. I would like to try he "full" variety.
