Clear gold colour, moderate carbonation.
Fruity aroma with a slightly funky undertone.
Initially quite sweet, with hints of toffee in the middle it becomes but slightly acidic with a crisp finish.
Bought this at the farm, really nice chap which makes and sells the cider. I can't wait to try the dryier cider which is going to be created soon.
