Clear golden colour, initially heavy carbonation, but it settle to moderate quickly.
Slightly funky apple aroma, slightly tart.
Heavy tart acidic hits off the bat. Slightly bitter at the end with mild astringent feel running throughout.
Really pleasent cider, while Clay's Farm press would be an excellent introduction to real cider, this cider is for the initiated.
Bought at the Butchers at Tutshill near Chepstow.
