Ol' Stumpy

Definite bittersweet cider apple flavor, but they also add some dessert apples (like granny smiths), and age it 4 months in chardonnay barrels, so its not your traditional English cider. I definitely liked it, but it was a tad sharp / harsh tasting, and more acidic than I was expecting. I think a touch more sweetness (I'd call it semidry to dry) would have helped. I LOVED the scent though...amazingly rich with lots of honey.
