The pour is a very pale yellow, a silvery hue without much effervescence. The aroma has a slight hop note that could also be considered citrus. I also pick up apple. The taste is dry and mostly tart with some apple and lemon/citrus. Like many dessert apples without tannins, there isn’t much finish outside of it being tart and it is lacking in body. I enjoyed it but it would t be my go to cider.
