Beautiful golden coloured Cambridgeshire cider, clear and still, with a strong apple and metallic aroma and slight mineral flavour. To be honest, it was a bit sickly sweet, but this mellowed with time the more of it I drank. At 6.8% it packs quite a wallop, so be warned.

Golden coloured, clear and still. Strong apple and metallic aroma. Mineral flavour. A bit sickly sweet. This mellowed with time and was smoother the closer it got to room temperature. I had left it out for a good 30 mins before drinking. Would recommend giving it a good hour out of the fridge.
