Had this sitting on the patio at Hacienda del Sol with dinner. It might have been the company and the ambience but I enjoyed this cider. It’s organic without sulfates, which is a plus. Has a lot of apple aroma and flavor. The alcohol is not very prevalent and besides being aged for an extended period of time, uses wild yeast. Would a little acid make this better, probably, but you won’t see me refusing a second bottle.
