Ostara Lilac

Kombucha-like natural fermentation lends itself to the micro bubble flow. I do get the hint of Lilac but the bitterness overwhelms any sweetness attributable to plums or apples.

I'd travelled into the badlands at a pretty good pace, not pushing, but revelling in the freedom of speed without destination. With my horse gone, I now regretted that earlier speed. The trip back was arduous. At a steady pace it would take me two or three times what it had taken riding in. But trying to push now would only lead to mistakes, and out here, alone, a mistake could be lethal. This cider is a long and occasionally painful journey.
