Rustic and fruity, black cherries, tart apricot. Very funky and earthy/barnyard, reminds me of some funky Belgian yeast phenolic. 62% cider & 38% perry. A mix of culinary apples, Dolgo crabapple and pears. Acid is noticeable, but smoothed somewhat by months of maturation on lees. Very nice, limited production of 45 cases, per the label.
