Time & Place

This cider is perfect for anyone who dislikes sweetness but likes every other flavor element. It’s perfectly dry, nicely sour, a bit bitter and funky. But it’s not all over the map, it’s my idea of an antique American cider (though it’s from Canada). The can says it’s the cider they’ve always wanted to make and it shows. It’s kind of an everything cider.
