Golden colour, with a floral aroma, and a metallic edge. A little spicy, with lots of fragrant skin. A sessionable, and enjoyable, cider, which, though lacking complexity and depth, had a refreshing flavour, with a slightly different twist.

From the web… “Made with 100% local apples picked between the river Tay and the Sidlaw hills. Pictish cider is of medium sweetness with good bite; excellent with a chunky piece of oatcake and a healthy slice of farmhouse cheese.” Tried this at the falls of Dochart Inn, Killin, Scotland. On draft. Great pub - easy drinking cider.
