Light and crisp. Very nice. It has some light honey and lemon hints on the nose. The taste is sharp and clean with the lemon zest hitting home with a mixture of honey and light caramel. It’s a very retesting citrus-edged cider with enough complexity to satisfy most cider drinkers. It has light fizz and a medium length with a zesty aftertaste. It also has a medium body to it. It’s golden yellow in colour and would easily go down well with a Ploughman’s lunch or Butcher’s board and I could see it going down well with the lager drinkers who switch to the odd cider in the summertime. Overall a very nice, sharp and clean tasting cider that a medium all day long - and you could drink it all day long too as it’s only 4.5%ABV. Very nice.

Dry, light in colour and sparkling. Fruity sharp flavour.

Enjoyed this with a pizza at Zizzi’s in Taunton. Not much carbonation. Nice apple flavors and aroma. Also, had some phenolic notes that I enjoyed.

Pale yellow, with a leather and straw aroma. Crisp, sharp flavour with tobacco and apple skin, and a citrus tang in the aftertaste, with a hint of stableyard funk. Drinkable and pleasant, with a distinctive flavour.

Perfectly pleasant Somerset cider. Strong green apple taste and aroma, with perhaps just a hint of zesty lemon with a sort of caramel aftertaste. At 4.5%, I could happily drink this all day. 😊

Nice taste. A little dry, but fruity.

Light golden, clear, somewhat dry. Refreshing but not all that much to it.

Pale, clear with mid range fizz. Light apple aroma with smokey notes. Refreshing with a hint of citrus and a small amount of funk. Made from concentrate
