Rose

Very nice blending of flavors. Decent complexity and not too sweet. Overall a very enjoyable cider, but I was a bit disappointed to see that they used pear juice concentrate as a back sweetener.

Clear light pink/salmon colored pour. Mild fruity aroma with a hint of hibiscus. Taste is dominated by flavors of hibiscus and pear. Moderate carbonation and light body.

Cider from both apple & pear with hibiscus & rose petals. I liked that it wasn't too sweet, but likely because of that, it was pretty mildly flavored. Notes of granny smith applies with hints of berry, floral, and dried pear.

For my pallete, the rose petals are too overwhelming. The the acidity is manageable. Alcohol content is nice. I can work my way through the 6-pack, but will not purchase again.

A sweet “girl” cider, but always great for a nice refreshing summer day!! I love it!
