Slightly (very slightly) cloudy flat cider. Oaky aroma is slightly earthy. Oaky flavours, toffee medium tastdez slightly drying towards the end. Bought at the Pelican Gloucester

Wonderful Lincolnshire cider made from a blend of bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples 🍎 😋 Beautifully balanced taste and just the right amount of tannin induced bitterness. Strong fruity flavour and aroma with a light golden coloured. Highly recommended 👌

Pale coloured, slightly hazy and still. Fruity aroma with rum and raisin hints. Quite light and smooth. Fruity and floral taste. Mild tannic finish.
