Refreshing, proper session cider. Real medium/sweet apple flavour. Lovely in the sun.

Amber, clear with a good bit of fizz. Rich apple aroma with a hint of toffee. Tangy apple flavour. Fresh and crisp.

Deep, rich colour, and a tangy apple aroma herald a tart, fruity cider. They say that they back-sweeten the sharp dry cider with the unfermented Dabinett juice, giving it a dry finish, but a sweeter apple flavour at first taste. Really enjoyed this. Just that little bit different, and I would recommend this.

Clear, light amber, low carbonation. Toffee apple aroma. Layered cider despite being made from one type of apple. Starts sweeter than most Dabinett single variety ciders. Then a healthy amount of tannins hit with a slight acidic kick. Reading the label it is sweeter than some due to being back sweetened with the same apple juice. Bought at West Somerset Railway. Really cool label with a photo of their Ivatt locomotive. See photo.

Deep dark colour with a tangy taste and a funky aftertaste. I'd say quite a tart dry finish which is not really to my taste. Not bad but just not really for me.

This is a lovely Somerset cider, perfect on a Covid-19 lockdown day. Almost makes a quiet day into a very worthwhile one. Cheers!

The pour is a slightly hazy amber with light effervescence. I think it is a chill haze (i.e. pectin). The aroma is apple with some phenolic tannins. The taste is semi-sweet apple. It is sweet forward over tart or bitter. The finish is medium and astringent with some acid. I quite enjoy it. The mouthfeel is medium and the tannins are smooth.
