The pour is pale yellow with medium effervescence. The aroma is apple. The taste is semi dry apple and tart. It reminds me of a Chardonnay. The finish is crisp apple and tart. The mouth feel is mostly from the carbonation. It goes really well with my homemade buttery popcorn.

A great balanced cider. Good with food or on it's own. A drink all evening, not too swwer.

Comes in a 330ml champagne bottle. Pale lime green in colour, with a delicate floral aroma. The flavour is crisp and clean with a fruity tang. However, this is too heavily carbonated for my taste.

Very pale colored pour. Moderate apple aroma. Taste has some tart and crisp apple backed by a bit of candi sugar.
