The pour is pale yellow with medium effervescence. The aroma is apple. The taste is semi dry apple and tart. It reminds me of a Chardonnay. The finish is crisp apple and tart. The mouth feel is mostly from the carbonation. It goes really well with my homemade buttery popcorn.
This is more sweet than the secco (dry) suggested. It has a crisp, apple taste with a slight sharp/tart finish. I really enjoyed it. I had 1.5ltrs of it and felt I could go on. The only Italian cider I have had and a great start.
Comes in a 330ml champagne bottle. Pale lime green in colour, with a delicate floral aroma.
The flavour is crisp and clean with a fruity tang.
However, this is too heavily carbonated for my taste.
