The pour is pale yellow with medium effervescence. The aroma is apple. The taste is semi dry apple and tart. It reminds me of a Chardonnay. The finish is crisp apple and tart. The mouth feel is mostly from the carbonation. It goes really well with my homemade buttery popcorn.

This is more sweet than the secco (dry) suggested. It has a crisp, apple taste with a slight sharp/tart finish. I really enjoyed it. I had 1.5ltrs of it and felt I could go on. The only Italian cider I have had and a great start.

Comes in a 330ml champagne bottle. Pale lime green in colour, with a delicate floral aroma. The flavour is crisp and clean with a fruity tang. However, this is too heavily carbonated for my taste.

Light in colour, with a slightly tart and dry taste. All I taste is apple. Slightly dryer than I usually would go but it's a good slow drink

This Italian cider caught my eye with its sophisticated attractive shaped bottle. A pale lime green colour with a moderate fizz and delicate aroma. It's crisp sweet taste instantly reminded me of a white wine/champagne flavour with a zesty twang!

I like sweet but found this to be a little too sickly, I seemed to detect notes of cinnamon in its after taste

Angioletti Secco Italian Craft Cider (5.0% ABV, 500ml). Made from 100% Italian apple juice, which probably means they don't grown their own apples. No sugar nor any other additives except sulphites. Pale clear yellow in colour, with a small head. Very much like a spumante. Sherbet-like, winey aroma of white grapes, lemon, faint tart apples. Medium body, lively carbonation. Initial flavour, too, is closer to a prosecco than an English cider: White grapes, some floral notes, then some tart apples a little while later. Lemon, yeast. Grape flavour is still dominant, with mild tannins in the finish, lingering acidity of lemon in the aftertaste. Just like a prosecco, this would go well with fish & seafood. If you're looking for a pronounced apple-y taste, look elsewhere. 7/10.
