The pour is a clear deep red with medium effervescence. The aroma is ginger. The taste is a semi-dry tart ginger and cherry. The mouthfeel is mostly from the carbonation. The finish is medium acidic with a note of sour tucked in. It’s ok. The cherry lime ginger is a very unique taste that is hard to embrace.
