Dark like ink with strong aroma and deep blueberry flavor. On the sweet side but not overwhelmingly so.

This a a blueberry cider lover’s dream. The effervescence is light but present, the blueberry flavor is intense. If you are a cider purest, this probably won’t be your thing, but for the modern cider drinker with a bit of a sweet tooth, this is a home run!

The pour is a clear deep burgundy with light effervescence. The aroma is blueberry and slightly acidic. The taste is semi-sweet tart blueberry. The mouthfeel is medium to heavy. The finish is long slightly astringent and acidic. I enjoy the balance of sweet, tart, astringent.
